When we first got Lily&Bobby.

Lily's Story.

Lily's D.O.B: 20/04/2009

I got Lily for my 16th Birthday.
I had been crazing my mum&her partner for AGES(to be precise, a whole year) for my own dog but they were persistent on me not getting my own dog because they thought i'd get one and then the novelty would soon wear off and because my Mum's dog Lacey isn't too friendly with some dogs.
But after months of begging they finally let me get a puppy on the conditions that i had to take her with me everywhere i went, paid for her and trained her.
I decided that i wanted a chihuahua so i looked for chihuahua's through hundreds of pages and they were all extremely expensive i just couldnt afford one for my 16th birthday so i decided on a cross breed because i'd seen that they were cheaper.
After hours of searching through online websites i finally found an old lady who breeds chihuahua x terrier's, i decided to call her to see if she had any puppies for sale.
She said that she had two girls and 3 boys so i decided to go there and take a look.
On the journey i was so over excited i could have pee'd, i knew even if i didnt like the pup's no doubt i'd end up with one.
As we drove up to her big iron gates we rang her so she came out and opened them for us. She looked like a very scatty old lady.
as we drove up the drive i could hear dogs barking, once entering the lady's back garden i saw lots of dogs and puppy's walking around.
The lady soon started talking about if i had other dogs and asked all the normal questions to make sure i was liable to have a dog, she soon pointed me over to this shed where the puppies were, the minute i looked over i fell in love! I couldnt believe it, 5 gorgeous puppies all running around and playing.
The lady picked up the two girls (i'd decided on a girl) and shew me.
They were both brindle, Lily being a normal brown brindle and her sister a very strange silvery brindle.
I just picked Lily up and knew i wanted her.
My Mum, Ryan and Dill all said that i should get the silver girl so i agreed, but i knew if i took her i wouldnt have made the right decisions.
So we signed some papers and left.
We still keep in touch with the breeder too.

I know i didn't do a good thing by going to a 'back yard' but i've learnt my lesson and wont do it again. Lily most certainly didn't have any social skills.
It will be Lily's 2nd Birthday on the 20th April, i cant believe she's been alive for two years already.
Shes my little princess.
:-)

Bobby's Story.

Bobby's D.O.B: 13/06/2009.

We got Bobby about 2 months after first getting Lily.
Ryan&I had got on holiday and were talking about getting another dog, he wanted another border collie, but i wanted another chihuahua or chihuahua x, i managed to persuade him, HA HA.
We thought about it long and hard (for about 2 weeks, so not long, oops.)
We rang the breeder up again and asked if she had any girls because we ideally wanted another girl but she only had boys. She came to an arrangement with us that if we wanted a boy we could have a boy for free
( i know FREE) if we had him neutered as soon a possible.
We decided it was a good deal so we went for it, she told us she had some chihuahua x jack russells for sale and that they were mostly typical white and brown/black.
Our friend Bob drove us to the breeder on one sunny day, as we got there the same feelings of pure excitement kicked in.
I ran straight for the shed to look and there i saw the most beautiful little golden/ginger boy.
I spotted him before Ryan and in that instance we knew we wanted him.
So that same happened again, she gave us some papers to sign, gave us a diet slip and off we went, ready to show Lily our new arrival.
She got slightly jealous but now they're the best of friends and nothing can seperate them.

Not the best idea getting two puppies together.
We had a hell of a challenge on our hands.
HAHA.
